The best preschool fit is one where your child feels safe, can try things independently and is known by their teacher. At The Little Thinkers in Janakpuri, groups of 8-10 combine Montessori-inspired activities, Japanese life skills and physical play, guided by founder Sumita Lamba's background in psychology and education.
Founded in 2025, our school grew from a wish to give childhood more than books and classwork. Our own curriculum brings together learning by doing, movement, curiosity and everyday independence.

A Child's World of Exploration
Problem solving through play
Independent habits & responsibility
Movement, balance and calm confidence
We do not rush childhood. We design calm routines, meaningful play, emotional confidence and school readiness so every child grows with joy and courage.
We follow globally admired Japanese early childhood practices, blending Hoiku principles with Indian cultural warmth to nurture balanced, happy learners.
From morning greetings to tidying up, children learn Shitsuke (gentle discipline) and Jibun de Dekiru (doing things on their own), cultivating independence and responsibility from the start.
Through Kodomo no Jikan (meaningful playtime), we spark curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking while building strong foundations without pressure.
Children are gently trained in communication, manners, and MensetsuJutsu (interview skills), ensuring they're confident and ready for formal school admissions.
Inspired by Japanese early-learning routines, our thoughtfully crafted topics nurture curiosity, emotional intelligence, problem solving and independence in every child.
